The Eurasian Polygraph Public Association is the first independent public organization uniting polygraph examiners, regardless of their departmental affiliation, education and models of polygraphs used.

The Almaty Polygraph Association was initially established in 2007. On July 1, 2008, the Association acquired a legal status, and assigned a registration number 92972-1910-OO by the Department of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Due to the expansion of its sphere of activity, joining the Association of polygraph examiners from various regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries of Central Asia, as well as in connection with the 10th anniversary of the polygraph introduction in Kazakhstan, Almaty Polygraph Public Association has successfully rebranded to Eurasian Polygraph Public Association.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan re-registered the Eurasian Polygraph Public Association on April 10, 2012. Today over 550 members of the Association successfully implement polygraph in all regional centers and other cities of Kazakhstan, as well as in many CIS and foreign countries. The Association aims to provide information support for the interests and activities of polygraph examiners in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to promote consolidation and create conditions for the fullest implementation of the creative potential of polygraph examiners.
